All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible, often within 4 days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to a wide range of international locations. Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do our best to accommodate shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses; however, some of our larger electronic items may require a physical residential or business address for delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Ezzory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ezzory.com.
